Enhancing Financial Governance: An-Nawawi IBS Delegates Educators to Digital Transformation Workshop

An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School – In an effort to support digital transformation within the education sector, An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School (IBS) participated in a professional workshop organized by the Bantaeng Regency Department of Education and Culture. The event was titled "Program-Based Transformation and Automation of State Financial Management and Accountability."

Held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the Balai Kartini Meeting Hall on Jl. Kartini, the activity serves as a form of government support for educators in Bantaeng. This strategic initiative aims to provide public information in accordance with the latest regulations, focusing primarily on enhancing the competence of educational staff and improving the efficiency of state financial reporting.

Responding to the official invitation (Letter No. 000.9.10/800/DISDIKBUD), the Mudir (Director) of Ma’had An-Nawawi IBS, Ustadz Hasan Basri, Lc, actively participated by sending the school's top delegates. The Principal of SMP IT An-Nawawi IBS, Mutiah Sumarno, S.Si., M.Pd., assigned two representatives to gain insights into digital transformation:

The event, which commenced at 08:00 WITA, was officially opened by the Head of the Bantaeng Regency Department of Education and Culture, Muhammad Yusuf, S.Pd., MM. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the vital importance of automating financial systems to ensure that every educational unit can manage state funds with higher accountability and precision.

Through this workshop, it is expected that all treasurers and heads of educational units in attendance will immediately implement these automated systems within their respective institutions to foster a more advanced and technologically integrated educational ecosystem.
